Returns and Exchanges
Flutter wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to accept returns for items in the event they have any manufacturer defects*. We will exchange items for store credit or for the original item purchased. All exchanges must be returned within 2 weeks of receipt and or on-line order confirmation.

Please include with your return/exchange, your name, phone number, order number and original packing slip. If you would like to exchange for another item in the store, please be specific about the item you want to exchange for. We need all this information to process your request.

We will not refund any shipping or handling charges on returned merchandise. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost as well as products lost or damaged in transit.

WHEN ARE SALES FINAL?
All sale items are final and not subject to our return/exchange policy. Please do not send sale items back to Flutter as no action will be taken. They will be considered abandoned.

Sales Tax
We are not required to collect sales tax. This is based on a 1992 Supreme Court decision which held that mail order merchants do not need to collect sales tax for sales into states where they do not have a physical presence.
